This website

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics, does not load scripts from other sites, and has no accounts or forms. It does not ask you for personal information.

Like any web server, our hosting may keep routine technical logs (for example the time of a request and the page requested) to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to identify or follow individual visitors.

If you email us

When you write to [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply and to follow up on your request. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.

The sign-in box

The sign-in box on this site only works out your organization's own address and sends you there. The name you type is used for that and is not stored or used for anything else.

The demo

The demo is public and shared by everyone who tries it, and it resets every night. Everything in it is invented. Please do not enter real personal information, because other visitors can see what is in it until the next reset.

Organizations that use VertexCMS

Each organization using VertexCMS decides what information it keeps about its own clients and staff, and is responsible for how it uses it. Their own privacy practices apply to that information, and you should ask them if you have questions about it.

Within VertexCMS, each organization's information is kept separate from every other organization's, sensitive identifiers such as a Social Insurance Number are stored encrypted, and significant actions are recorded in an audit log.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you from an email exchange, or to have it deleted, contact us. For information held by an organization that uses VertexCMS, contact that organization.

Changes

If this statement changes materially, we will update this page.
